Job overview:

The Marketing Associate will work closely with the Head of Marketing as well as the local & global Marketing team to develop and implement marketing projects that raise brand awareness and help build relationships with clients and influencers, including the adaptation of content, digital/Social Media marketing campaigns, conferences and events, and public relations.

The Marketing Associate will be working with different levels and departments, which requires strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

You will develop and implement highimpact marketing projects that raise brand awareness for Oliver Wyman in Germany & Austria across different industries and build stronger relationships with clients, prospects and influencers
You will assist in enhancing Oliver Wyman's media and social media presence
You will support in the development and implementation of highprofile events
You will follow local industry trends and provide competitive intelligence
You will monitor, measure and analyze the effectiveness of Marketing initiatives and provide appropriate reporting and status updates to local Partners and Marketing colleagues

Who we are looking for:

3 years proven experience in B2B marketing function in professional services or agency
Excellent communication and strong writing and editing skills in German and English
Expertise in crafting and editing engaging content across multiple channels (print, social media, web, etc.)
Proficient in MS Office
Team player who has an appetite for learning and ability to work with little guidance
Sense of humor and ability to stay calm and focused under pressure
