Our Key Account Management teams manage the existing customer business and support our customers in expanding their business with our tailor-made solutions and product innovations.

As Team Lead you are an experienced commercial expert and passionate leader to manage one of our top Key Account Management teams and successfully oversee a portfolio of our key customers.


The essence of your role:


  • Guide and develop up to 8 (Key) Account Managers, ensuring the best commercial outcomes for our B2B portfolio
  • Develop account plans to further expand the relationship with our customers and carry out business reviews with the customer to create a longterm relationship
  • Identify upsell potential and lead these opportunities to a conclusion from the preparation of the offer, through the negotiation to the final signature of the contract
  • Develop pricing and negotiation strategies and give consultancy to our crossfunctional teams
  • Create best practices and KPIs to support productivity and success of the Key Account Management team and increase the customer satisfaction

This is what you need to succeed:

  • You are an experienced and passionate leader; you have developed successful teams in (Key) Account Management, ideally within the transport and logistics industry
  • You have an academic degree or comparable qualification, ideally with a focus on sales or logistics/transportation
  • Your heart beats for numbers, data and facts your analytical skills help you to explain complex relationships and prioritize tasks for you and your team
  • You are fluent in German and English
