As Team Leader you will be responsible for the supervision of production teams.

You will report directly to the supervisor and help to develop the team in terms of safety, quality and evaluation.

In addition, you will assist in problem resolution, including root cause investigation and corrective action tracking.

As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for supporting defined KPIs while promoting a positive and consistent problemsolving approach to team development.

What You'll Do

You are the first point of contact for issues within the team and take initial measures,You Identify restrictions in the workflow, solve the problems and escalate where needed,
You are responsible for documenting MRB and maintaining cleanliness in your area of responsibility,
You work directly with Operations Supervisor to resolve issues, questions and support implementing of countermeasures to improve quality,
You support the Supervisor in the supervision, evaluation and Induction of employees and new joiners, and new employees,
You perform other casting related duties as assigned by the supervisor assigned,
You drive safety related issues and improvements.

What You'll Bring

Completed business or technical education,

Fluency in written and spoken English or German,

Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays,
Ability to provide detailed daily reporting,
Handson experience in a fastpaced, highvolume manufacturing environment,
Ability to handle multiple priorities, organize workload and meet deadlines.
