What You Will Do

Embrace a usercentered approach and unleash your creative expertise as a UX/UI Designer at Harman. With a keen eye for aesthetics and functionality, you'll craft visually stunning designs that offer an unparalleled user experience.
Prepare to captivate audiences by presenting your UX/UI design concepts through compelling brandrelated presentations. Supported by wireframes, prototypes, and highfidelity mockups, your designs will resonate with marketing teams, brand managers, and customers alike.
Collaborate seamlessly with our research colleagues, leveraging user journeys and other UX research methods to inform and enhance UX/UI design modifications for Auto One. As our internal platform showcasing Harman Automotive products, Auto One provides an ideal canvas for your innovative ideas.
Take ownership of UX/UI projects, showcasing your skills through persuasive presentations to stakeholders across various locations. Your ability to effectively communicate UX/UI design concepts will foster understanding and alignment among diverse teams.
Collaboration is key, and you'll work closely with design team members and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration with brand design guidelines. By developing UX/UI design assets such as design systems, component libraries, and style guides, you'll ensure consistency and scalability across platforms and products.

What You Need

Achieved a Bachelor's degree, certificate in UX/UI Design, or possess equivalent experience.
Deep knowledge of usercentered design principles and proficiency in design thinking methodologies. Demonstrated ability to incorporate feedback from usability testing to iterate and improve designs.
