Actuary (d/f/m) to work in the Actuarial based in our
Germany office.

This is a hybrid role.

Your Role

Support actuarial cash flow modeling using various tools
Create and update actuarial models, generate cash flow projections under different accounting standards (Solvency II, IFRS, US GAAP)
Assist in reviewing and setting reserves under various accounting regimes (HGB, Solvency II, IFRS, US GAAP)
Participate in projects related to accounting regulations, reserving methodologies, and/or other areas of life and health reinsurance
Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data and reports (Solvency II, IFRS, US GAAP)

Your Profile

University degree, preferably in mathematics or statistics
Experience in life and health insurance or reinsurance, actuarial modeling, and/or reserving is advantageous
Skills in analytical or actuarial software are advantageous (SQL, SAS, R, Python, or Moody's/GGY AXIS)
Strong analytical skills and ability to work independently and in a team
Adaptable to new topics and problems, able to find solutions considering economic aspects
Proficient in both spoken and written English, and preferably good knowledge in at least one other language
