We are about to strengthen our manufacturing capabilities for the ALiCE Production and seek for a motivated team member for the setup and operation of the (USP and DSP) production process.

We are looking for people that want to bring in their best, learn from the best, and create the best.

That does not mean you scored 180 on an IQ test.

It means that you are an expert in your craft because you love what you do, you know you can become even better, and you are constantly looking for the boundary of the possible.

About this job:

• You are part of the team that is responsible for the preparation and operation of the Lab

- and Pilot-scale ALiCE Production.
This includes the preparation and operation of USP, DSP and analytical equipment.

• You will conduct production runs according to SOPs at various scales.
• You will compile production run records to support process development.
• You are responsible for preparation of documentation like work instruction and protocols.
• You will be involved in the calibration and qualification of production equipment.
• You will be involved in collection of process parameters, online equipment data and offline sample data in a process data management software to support continuous process optimization.

Requirements:

This job will suit you best if you
- have a B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Biotechnology / (Bio)

• Process technology or an education as BTA/MTA or similar

- have first experience in production environments or worked with USP/DSP processes and equipment. A good technical understanding is required for this role.
- work in a reliable, structured and autonomous manner
- like to work in a team and are fluent in German (and English)
- enjoy learning and increasing your skills on a continuous basis
- have good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools

• As a plus: you have experience with QMconform operations and SOP documentation (cGMP).
