Your responsibilities:

Accountable to lead and manage the Ophthalmology Surgical Business Unit DACH to meet or exceed sales and profit objectives

Carefully and proactively manage OPEX and Assets in regards of sales to protect EBITA

Set clear goals and track progress concerning market development and be the expert in terms of competitive landscape, regulations and products

Propose and lead innovative solutions and strategies that enable attainment and or exceeding market share goals and growth objectives

Establish a high-performance organization through the commitment to training, coaching, performance evaluations and resource allocation

Responsible for Cluster/Country Surgical P&L, market share and growth targets, quarterly sales and profit objectives


Your profile:

Lead by example, visibility in the field

Maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward internal and external customers at all times

Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills with high level of adaptability

Create a positive atmosphere within the sales and marketing organisation, fostering loyalty, high performance and sense of belonging, maintaining a high level of transparency, engagement, communication and recognition

Enable data driven decisions / Strong numerical skills

Demonstrate solution oriented mindset and take initiatives

Commercial degree, MBA preferred

Fluent in European languages (German + English required)

10+ years in operational sales and marketing experience within a multinational organization preferably surgical industry - in the Eyes Care market

Diversified experience, including a combination of sales and marketing management positions

Experience in managing cross-functional teams and influencing in a matrix environment

Willingness to travel substantially
