• Daytoday operations: take care of operational tasks such as reservations and guest reviews
• Guest care: communicate with our guests, handle their requests and be part of creating the best charly experience possible

support the preparation of upcoming new openings and the planning of further expansion

• Collaboration: work crossfunctionally and closely with the rest of the team to improve the whole guest journey

Why we'll love you:

• Currently enrolled at university or recently graduated in the field of Tourism Management, Hospitality, or related fields and first practical work experiences
• Excellent written and spoken English and German skills, European working permit, and availability for at least 3 months
• Serviceoriented mindset and handson work approach with a great digital understanding
