Commercial & Pricing Operations Specialist (M/F/d)

Responsibilities:

Implement our commercial & pricing strategy across markets and categories, for our comparable and non comparable assortment
Define, recommend and set the optimal promotional incentives (discounts, vouchers, etc.) taking into account business objectives
Continuously monitor the commercial performance and propose solutions for potential improvements
Collaborate closely with stakeholders from our Commercial, Marketing and Inventory Management teams to ensure pricing strategies are aligned
Support the Pricing Product Manager by providing regular user feedbacks to improve the access to information, products & processes to drive your tasks

Profile:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, economics, mathematics or a related field
Relevant work experience in pricing operations, pricing analysis, or a related role within the ecommerce industry
Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with large datasets and extract actionable insights
Proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets. Experience with Python, R, SQL, or data analytics & visualization tools, e.g. Tableau is a strong plus.
Strong business acumen, understanding of ecommerce pricing strategies and customer behavior
Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Hybrid working model: you have the flexibility to work from home on Wednesdays and Fridays in our standard working mode. We are in the office together Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays
