CIRCA Euro 3,000 per month (dependent on skills and experience)


Job profile
Japanese global Logistics company is looking for C/S & Operations Support who can assist their office work.


Main responsibilities

• Processing of all invoices
• General administrative support (e.g. despatching documents, recording and updating excel spreadsheets as requested)
• Liaising with clients, suppliers, warehouse & factories and occasionally visiting on site
• Preparing customs documents
• Logistic operations (Imports & Exports)

Who we are looking for

• Some year experience of Logistics industry
• Good level of numeracy
• Excellent PC skills with a thorough knowledge of Word and Excel
• Ability to prioritise workload
• Ability to also work on own initiative
• Flexible and enthusiastic
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work calmly and methodically under pressure
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to work towards deadlines
• Attention to detail

Language requirement
High level of written and spoken English

Japanese or German Language advantageous

Ellerholzdamm, Hamburg, Germany


Hours
Mon - Fri 8:30 am - 5:00 pm (30 min lunch break) -This may change.
