About the role:

DNV MEDCERT is an accredited Certification Body for ISO 13485, a recognized auditing organization under MDSAP and an approved Notified Body for Medical Devices Regulation 2017/745.

We are looking for a
Project Coordinator Medical Certification to join DNV MEDCERT in Hamburg, Germany.

The coordinator will be part of the Finance & Planning team and will report to the Finance & Planning Manager.

Key tasks of the Project Coordinator:

Planning and forecasting of certification activities, such as e.g. Audits, Technical Documentation or Change Note Assessments based on the requirements set by our QM system
Managing and continuously updating necessary Client data for Certification purposes
Coordination and involvement of External Auditors and Experts
Special projects and operations (to be specified by the Operational Manager)

About you:

A completed technical degree or any life science background
Professional experience in a coordination job, ideally in the area of medical technology and/or any ISO certification scheme.
Ability and interest to work within IT production and document management systems
Problem solving attitude and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Any auditing experience is an advantage.
Good Language skills in German and English
