is the Europe regional headquarter of Taihan Cable & Solution Co., Ltd., a cable manufacturing company based on South Korea.


Taihan Cable & Solution Co., Ltd is a global cable solution provider of cable products to Transmission System Operators and Distribution Network Operators.

Taihan (Both Taihan Netherlands B.V. and Taihan Cable & Solution Co., Ltd.)'s main goal is to become a major supplier in High voltage cable business in Europe.

Taihan Netherlands B.V.

is focusing on providing engineering services to clients (TSOs and DNOs) and localization of our resources to achieve this goal.


Overall purpose of role:


The role requires to provide the necessary contribution mainly at the business development and sales coordination and project execution support.

It is required to work in the Netherlands (Main office, Amstelveen).

Key Activities & Responsibilities

  • Conducting market research and identifying potential clients
  • Cultivating strong relationships with new clients, while maintaining existing client relatiohship
  • Developing and implementing marketing strategies, client service plan and analyzing sales data
  • Examination of the tender documents and developing tender strategies
  • Manage tender timetable to ensure company respond in line with tender plan
  • Tender and project documents control including proofing and editing collegue's bid response documents, ensuring document contains required information required to create a successful, winning bid and translation of documents (English-German)
  • Preparation and issuing of RFQ for the potential subcontractors
  • Examination of the proposals received from potential subcontractors from different points of views: technical, economical and scheduling / timing of the work
  • Discussions with Subcontractors with the aim of clarifying offers and aligning them to Taihan / Customer requirements
  • Supporting the Sales Manager and Project team to ensure consistent and timely delivery of services to clients

Qualifications & Experience

  • You are eligible to work in the EU countries
  • Fluency in spoken and written English/German (mandatory) and proficiency in Korean is preferred.
  • Entrylevel applicants are welcomed, relevant work experience is preferred.
  • Team working capability
  • Knowledge and familiarity with of softwares like Microsoft Office and in the use of the Web
  • No restriction on traveling abroad

Salary: 2,800.00€ - 4,000.00€ per month
