BRING THE MOVE:


  • You analyse the performance of all channels and initiate actions to drive efficiency and ROI
  • You discuss the overall performance marketing strategy with the CMO and report all relevant KPIs regularly
  • You define and hit commercial targets for 7 figure budgets on different channels and markets. Experience with commercial planning
  • You communicate the requirements of your teams to management; product; and the data side of the organisation
  • You inspire and manage people; you always find ways to make teams successful and motivated. You believe in great success comes from great teams

THIS IS YOU:


  • University degree in business economics, marketing or similar
  • 6+ years of experience in performance and digital marketing, and at least 2+ years of leadership experience, structuring marketing teams. Ability to attract and retain great people
  • A data first attitude with strong analytical & experimentation skills; preferably experience with incrementality
  • Natural problem solver and people enabler. Great communication skills and ability to operate in a high growth environment
  • Excellent written and oral English communication skills, German is a plus
