Sportradar's newly founded Sports Virtualisation unit develops innovative and disruptive technology to enable the transition from traditional sports media consumption to new ways to engage with sports.

The latest computer vision technology is key to allow real-time rendering of statistics and virtual ads on top of broadcasts.

It also enables the use of skeletal tracking data to render virtual recreations of sports events and transform the way they are experienced.

We are looking for you to fill the role as Product Owner with a true passion for sports and the drive and knowledge to create engaging products using the latest real-time graphics technology.

You manage projects across development teams and own the scope of the developed product or feature. You act as a bridge between stakeholders inside and outside of the project and the development team.

By leading a development team with a product vision and a business and engineering-aligned roadmap that will be realised in agile ways of working.

THE CHALLENGE:

• Working closely with senior management to ensure that products fit the company's strategic goals.
• Working collaboratively to produce and manage the company's development roadmap and ensuring that there is always a suitably prioritized backlog of user stories ready for implementation.
• Being the ambassador for the product and the primary contact for queries relating to the product.
• Suggesting quality ideas to improve the products and producing user specifications with sufficient details about the product features that can be clearly understood by the development teams.
• Breaking down the specification into epics/features/user stories with the Agile development team
• Understand the business value behind feature requests and be able to prioritize them in the development backlog.
• Helping to solve productrelated problems and highlighting risks and opportunities.
• Ensuring that projects stay on track to achieve delivery commitments, including problemsolving and tradeoff analysis when necessary.
• Working with the development team and monitoring the progress of projects during the development cycle to ensure that they have the correct functionality according to the scope.
• Taking part in demonstrations of software releases and collecting feedback on improvements for future development.
• Continually researching the market, our competitors, customer usage behavior and technology trends to ensure that we maintain marketleading products.

YOUR PROFILE:

• ITrelated university degree (BA / MA), or similar
• Fundamental understanding of the software development processes
• You are familiar with the principles of lean product management.
• You are interested in game development and video streaming technology.
• Excellent knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, Confluence and JIRA
• You come with good presentation and leadership skills.
• Your collaborative attitude with all stakeholders during the visioning and scoping of projects guiding your project.
• You need to be a creative and strategic thinker with problemsolving skills.
• You pay attention to detail in product design while not losing the overview.
• With your organizational and time management skills and the ability to work across different teams, deliver a common goal.
• Experience in the sports betting business is considered a plus.
