At ToolTime we rethink the craftsmen business by empowering craftsmen to run their business completely digitally and to connect with the entire industry in one central operating system.

YOUR MISSION

  • Driver: You take ownership for new business development initiatives and drive forward your own projects (whether internally or externally), having direct impact on our company's success.
  • Explorer: You independently explore, evaluate and develop new revenue and growth channels and learn how to operate and optimize a thriving software business.
  • Collaborator: You work together with department leaders to drive delivery of new initiatives and to improve existing processes across all commercial areas and between different teams.
  • Ideator: You are a sparring partner for the company leadership for both strategic and operational decisions and projects. You are in constant exchange with the management team to help the team to grow and scale the company.

Requirements:


YOUR PROFILE

  • Entrepreneurship: You are an entrepreneur at heart with a strong handson mentality. The way you work is strongly analytical, you love to break down problems and derive recommendations to impact.
  • Growth: You are motivated to be a fundamental part of our mission, working in a fastgrowing organisation that is no longer a small startup but has grown to substantial size (and we're not stopping there).
  • Communication: You have excellent communication skills, have no reservations about communicating directly with senior decisionmakers and speak both German and English at a fluent level.
  • Curiosity: You love to ask questions, find out what trends move the market and are enthusiastic about digital business.
  • Environment: You are genuinely interested in learning and developing in a competitive but super fun environment.
  • Experience: You have successfully graduated from university and have first experience working in a startup environment or consulting.
