Key Responsibilities:

Management of regulatory requirements in the area of managed investment funds
Ongoing advisory for business units on daily business and regulatory updates implementation
Ensuring that all external and internal requirements are adhered to entailing AIFMD, MiFiD, MAR.
Nice to have knowledge in WpHG, MaComp,
Creation and regular update of risk analysis and the associated risk profile
Identifying training needs and conducting necessary training
Regular reporting to senior management
Engagement in Compliance projects

What we expect:

Wellrounded, relevant professional experience of at least 3 years in this field
Sound understanding of the financial sector regulation
Knowledge of Financial Markets and related risks
Degree in economics, business administration, finance, law, or a related field
Excellent skills in English and German
