In our double combo of THE Darmstadt and Felix Hotel Darmstadt we offer both With a total of 180 air-conditioned rooms and a parking garage, easily accessible in the city of Darmstadt, we want one thing above all: that the guests at our hotels feel comfortable in the city and the surrounding area.

That's why we carry "Darmstadt" not only in the heart, but also in the hotel name Business travelers, leisure travelers, regulars, "lily" soccer supporters and opposing team supporters, space explorers and many others...

Tasks

Tasks include:

Greeting, checkin and checkout of our international and national guests
Advice to our guests on questions about the hotel and the Darmstadt area
Assistance in breakfast or bar service
Preparation of individual and group arrivals

Requirements:

Your profile:

You have experience in the hospitality or travel industry such as in restaurants, hotels, conference staff, airport service...
We are looking for an openminded, motivated and, above all, friendly personality with whom we and our guests can have fun.
We require a strong guest and service orientation and pleasure in dealing with an international guest audience.
Fluent written and spoken English and some knowledge of German are required in order to be able to communicate with our guests without any problems. We will assist you in developing your German skills.
