Enterprise Solutions Architect

About the Role


Enterprise Solutions Architects are responsible for guiding our customers and users to design and build reliable, scalable systems using the NinjaOne platform of products.

Our team is made up of seasoned problem solvers
- software architects, entrepreneurs, and engineers who take direct responsibility for customer success, including the design of their software, deployment, and operations. You'll work closely with out sales reps and play a key role in winning deals and driving the business forward.

What You'll be Doing

  • Partner with the sales team as the solutions expert, guiding clients through the sales process and through successful implementation
  • Support the sales team with activities such as technical discovery, demos, presentation, sizing, and documentation of technical decision criteria; working across a number of opportunities in parallel
  • Implement and maintain technology toolkits to drive compelling demonstrations and POCs
  • Translate technical concepts and patterns into business benefits
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations that explain our products or services to customers and prospects
  • Guide our customers through the implementation of the NinjaOne solution
  • Partner with our customers through the implementation of the NinjaOne solution
  • Travel as needed to prospects and clients
  • Other duties as needed

About You

  • A bachelor's degree in computer science, or similar degree or equivalent work experience
  • 7+ years of experience working with clients in a presales solution focused role
  • An affinity for technology and ability to communicate solutions and value with a wide audience of customers including Technical IT, Financial and Executives
  • Working knowledge of NinjaOne Products, best practices, and use cases and the ability to create solutions to one off issues
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations that explain our products or services to customers and prospects
  • Guide our customers through the implementation of the NinjaOne solution
  • Work closely with our sales teams to understand customer requirements and provide sales support
  • Partner with our account management department to meet the needs of our existing customers
  • The ability to be adaptive to an everchanging environment, where you are constantly improving yourself, your team and our processes
  • High levels of organization in your workflows you understand what it means to work with lots of customers and to prioritizse and manage your time efficiently

Complex Customer/Integration Management:


  • Proven ability to effectively manage and navigate highly complex ustomer relationships and integrations
  • Demonstrate expertise in addressing challenges related to intricate customer requirements and integrations

Advanced Technical Understanding

  • Possess an expertlevel understanding of the NinaOne platform, including its services, and comprehensive knowledge of the surrounding technologies
  • Experience with advanced custom projects and the capability to provide innovative solutions to intricate technical issues

Strategic Market Perspective

  • Maintain a strategic view of the market, staying abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies
  • Act as a technology evangelist, effectively communicating the value and advantages of the company's services to both internal and external stakeholders

Enterprise Deal Handling

  • Responsible for managing Key Account / Enterprise level deals
  • Play a pivotal role in the strategic planning and execution of significant enterpriselevel opportunities

Interaction with Product Management

  • Regular attendance in Product Management meetings to bridge communication between customer needs and product development
  • Conduct win/loss analysis and churn analysis to provide valuable insights to the product team
  • Participate in roadmap calls to contribute insights and ensure alignment with customer requirements
  • Conduct customer interviews for upcoming features, providing realworld perspectives to shape product development
  • Manage changes to product documentation and the Dojo where necessary, ensuring accurate and uptodate information
  • Attend feature development meetings and actively participate in Product Requirements Document (PRD) reviews
