You are passionate about HR topics and the IT interface and would like to gain new (practical) experience in the field of HR Reporting & Controlling? As Working Student HR Reporting & Analytics at RKW you have the chance to

Support and actively participate in various strategic projects within our Group HR Analytics & IT Team
Get familiar with our core HR System SAP SuccessFactors in order to support maintenance of Data Quality
Create Analyses, Reports and HR Dashboards from SAP SuccessFactors and control our HR Key Performance Indicators (KPI)
Prepare Management Presentations for our monthly HR Reporting & Controlling
Support the performance of the Compensation & Bonus Review Process as well as the implementation of HR Controlling

Your strengths:

Enrolled Student in a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business Administration or a comparable studies (ideally with focus on HR or Controlling)
High affinity for numbers and analytical thinking skills
Very good handling of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
Independent, communicative, motivated to work on your own as well as working in a small team
Business fluent in German and English
