- Durchführung grundlegender und fortgeschrittener Reparatur- und Wartungsarbeiten an NIO-Fahrzeugen, einschließlich Niederspannungs- und Hochspannungsnetzen.
- Mitarbeit und Selbstentwicklung in einem sich ständig verändernden, dynamischen Umfeld mit einer kooperativen, integrativen und respektvollen Haltung.
- Konsistente und präzise Dokumentation von Reparaturen.
- Inspektion und Pflege der Werkstattausrüstung.
- Mithilfe bei Fahrzeugaufbereitungen, wenn nötig.
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung und gültige Arbeitserlaubnis.
- Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung, Meister oder ähnliche Ausbildung bevorzugt.
- Erfahrung im Kfz-Kundendienst, insbesondere in 4S-Werkstätten.
- Sonstige Anforderungen: Kommunikationsstärke, Verhandlungsgeschick, Unternehmergeist, Analysefähigkeiten.
- Deutsch B2-Niveau, Englisch B1-Niveau, gültiger Führerschein.
