Visão Geral:

Responsabilidades:


  • Providing technology leadership in developing and executing the digitization roadmap
  • Provide leadership to ensure the product is operated with appropriately secured and resilient architecture in collaboration with Infrastructure and Security teams. Leading the setup of new product and customer activation strategy and plan for new products that are not within our current portfolio
  • Management of financial planning and control in cooperation with IT Controlling
  • Supporting the periodic repricing of the ERP & Finance products to markets and customers
  • Participating/Leading Joint Review Boards with strategic partners
  • Leading in identifying and implementing the process change including the agile way of working
  • Leading the globally distributed Product Delivery team for ERP + Finance of internal staffs and external partners

Competências e Experiência desejadas:

  • 15+ years of experience in IT Product & Service Development
  • Experience in leading product delivery using different methodologies including Agile and DevOps
  • Experience in leading and working in multicultural teams across time zones
  • Desirable: Experience in the technology enablement of Procure to Pay and Order to Cash; Financial Controlling, Experience in Logistics/Food and beverage industry
  • Ability to build trustworthy relationships, with customers, employees, and executive leaderships at Csuite
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
