Who you are:

You have a minimum of 4 years of experience in recruitment in a fastpaced and dynamic environment
You have a Bachelor's Degree in HR or a related field
You are fluent in English (German language skills are a plus)
You are experienced with ATS and recruitment tools
You are a selfstarter with excellent organizational and timemanagement skills
You are experienced in hiring seniorlevel positions such as Directors or VPs
You are experienced in hiring for commercial and business roles

What you'll do:

Conducting kickoff meetings with hiring managers to align expectations and staffing needs
Developing and executing employer branding activities to attract top talent
Promoting diversity and inclusion in recruitment practices
