Are you ready to make an impact at a global company? We're looking for a
Business Execution and Demand Planner (M/F/d) for HGM (High Growth Markets) cluster as part of our Supply Chain department in
Hamburg.


This role is for 1 year.

HERE'S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

  • Supports the local demand planning and forecasting process. Prepares and generates midlong term demand planning forecasts, including enriching and finalizing short term horizon forecasts
  • Owns demand planning forecasts and conducts regular reviews with stakeholders and updates forecasts as needed
  • Responsible for supporting the end to end product delivery process with focus to avoid Non Performing Inventory throughout the whole Planning, Manufacturing & Sales Process
  • Identifies action plans to resolve overages; coordinates with Customer Service and key account managers on appropriate course of action for
  • Identifies and supports process and KPI improvements
  • Gathers necessary marketdata from crossfunctional stakeholders to create S&OP volume proposal
  • Helps to drive consensus within the crossfunctional team (Supply Chain, Marketing, Sales and Finance) on monthly S&OP volumes + presents these volumes and their drivers to local management.
  • Collaborate with supply chain and commercial teams to ensure effective delist/new SKU execution is performed

YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS

  • University Degree or equivalent, preferably in a quantitative field (Supply Chain, Business, Finance, Engineering, or related field)
  • Language Skills: English advanced (written and spoken). German advantage.
  • Expertise in Demand Planning process including best practices, technologies, processes, procedures and tools. FMCG experience advantage.
  • Experience working in a shared services, process driven or service center environment. Experience working for a multinational organization and working with colleagues internationally.
  • Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and Microsoft Office with an Excel advanced level
