Beschreibung
Nuventura is a renowned climate technology company on a mission to revolutionize the energy sector

Our objective is clear:
to render SF6, the world's most potent greenhouse gas, obsolete. We have achieved this ambitious goal through innovation, developing cutting-edge electrical switchgear that replaces SF6 with clean, breathable air.

Our business model involves licensing our products to global manufacturers, supplying core components to them, and manufacturing complete products for our domestic markets.

We have recently established a new base in East Berlin, combining our office and R&D space as we expand our revolutionary technology globally.

As we scale up production to meet growing demand for our already developed products, we are looking for a Product Data Management Specialist.

If you are a highly motivated individual with a passion for creating and updating CPNs and BOMs, this exciting opportunity may be the perfect fit for you.

Join our dynamic team and contribute to the sustainable future of the energy industry.

Tasks

You will...

  • BOM Management: Maintain accuracy and consistency in our Bill of Materials (BOM) across all products and projects.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with crossfunctional teams to ensure BOMs reflect the latest specifications and design changes.
  • Documentation: Create, update, and validate CPNs/BOMs based on engineering drawings, specifications, and input from various teams.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain a comprehensive database of BOM revisions and updates to ensure a clear history of changes.
  • Quality Control: Verify that all components, materials, and subassemblies are correctly listed in BOMs and reflect design changes accurately.
  • Regular Audits: Conduct routine reviews of BOMs to ensure completeness, correctness, and alignment with product requirements.
  • Procurement Support: Collaborate with procurement and warehouse teams to gather accurate component, material, and pricing information for BOM entries.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with inventory management to optimize stock based on BOM requirements.
  • ECN Process: Guide departments involved in the Engineering Change Notice (ECN) process and track their actions.
  • Production Coordination: Collaborate with production teams to ensure a seamless transition from BOM to production, providing documentation, ERP updates, and instructions.
  • Cost Analysis: Assist in cost analysis by providing accurate BOM information for pricing and costing decisions.
  • Issue Resolution: Identify discrepancies or errors in CPNs and BOMs, working with relevant departments to resolve issues promptly.
  • Continuous Improvement: Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives related to BOM processes and systems.
