Your mission:


Join us in supporting public administrations and politicians in making data-informed decisions

Polyteia is on its way to become the leading SaaS data platform for the public sector and politicians. Polyteia enables the public sector to make databased decisions. Our cloud-based platform merges data from different data sources and offers public administrations and politicians on local, federal or state level real-time insights for optimal decision making.
We are looking for someone with a passion for design and digital transformation of the public sector. You will be part of the marketing team and be responsible for all design matters related to marketing. You work closely together with our product team.

Therefore, you will have a strong influence on shaping the image of the company and establishing design standards in the industry.


Core responsibilities:


  • Collaborating with product marketing manager and content creator to conceptualise and execute design ideas
  • Responsibility for redesigning and maintaining our website
  • Helping to build a consistent brand visual identity
  • Creating promotional and advertising material in the digital area (banner ads, social media, infographics, posters, presentations etc.)
  • Creating highquality assets for our sales team
  • Conceptualize campaigns and come up with creative solutions for marketing briefs
  • Being responsible for the visuals for various marketing campaigns which will be applied in multiple promotion channels, from printable marketing materials to social graphic and ads etc.

Your profile:


  • You identify yourself with our mission to support governments and public sectors to make databased decisions
  • You have a pronounced handson mentality with a structured and solutionoriented way of working
  • You have professional experience in marketing or graphic design
  • You are proficient in the use of Adobe CC tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design etc.)
  • You have experience in print design
  • You have excellent communication and collaboration skills. Fluent in English, both written and spoken. German is a big plus
  • You are passionate about design and are always up to date with the newest design trends
  • You have a keen eye for details and aesthetics
  • You have a strong portfolio showcasing your work and broad skillset
  • You have ability to refine other people's ideas and create new ones to deliver great visual experiences
  • You can defend your design ideas and develop constructively from feedback
  • You have a high level of brand understanding, joy of working in a changing environment and you are ready to shape the future
  • Bonus: You can create illustrations and icons, you have experience in Web, animation and/or 3D design
