What you can expect:

  • You will support users of our software and services in an international environment.
  • Examination of claims with regard to coverage and liabiliy issues
  • Carrying outindependent investigations into claims, including communication with all
- parties involved in the claim

  • Independent setilement of claims or defense against unjustified claims

Your profile:

  • Completed training or studies in the field of insurancetraffic law or as a paralegal
  • Extensive professional experience in the processing of motor vehicle claims (comprehensive and labiliy)
  • Ideally knowledge in the processing of property and private liabily claims
  • Good knowledge ofthe German language, both written and spoken
  • Solid inowledge of MS-Office
  • Independent and conscientious way of working, initiative and commitment
  • The abily to look beyond the end of one's nose and a smile in everyday life
