- You will be the primary contact for global questions in the field of Controlling and Finance for the operational areas of the Heraeus Group and management.
- You will accompany the internal group reporting for the actual, budget, and forecast processes as well as their consolidation and data analysis.
- Projects in controlling, such as designing and implementing new financial processes in CCH Tagetik, as well as their execution, are part of your responsibilities.
- You will assist the team in establishing an ESG reporting to meet new regulatory requirements such as CSRD or EU Taxonomy.
- Your tasks also include the development of central governance requirements and initiating measures to improve data quality in controlling.
- You will work in a small team with global responsibility.
- Your role involves close collaboration with the Business Controlling area and various central functions.
- Successfully completed studies in business administration, industrial engineering, business informatics, or a comparable field with a focus on finance and controlling
- Min. 2-3 years of professional experience in the finance or IT sector of a manufacturing and global company or in consulting
- Proficient in working with CPM or consolidation tools like CCH Tagetik
- Proficient in common MS Office applications and SAP
- Experience with BI/Reporting tools (Lumira, Analysis for Office, and Qlik) is advantageous
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Strong analytical thinking, quick comprehension, and proactive goal achievement
- Ability to interact confidently with business partners and colleagues, strong communication skills, and experience in project work
