ABOUT THE ROLE
You will be part of our Location Team at Base Berlin ONE which is the heart of our operations.

The team looks after our community of co-livers and co-workers and aims to deliver a great experience to everyone at The Base.

You will create handover protocols for our apartments and check their maintenance and cleanliness status, to ensure our residents always move into a spotless home
You will create social media content together with our marketing team
You will support our hotel guests when making bookings, checkin in or out and answering questions about the area and Berlin in general
You will help to plan and execute events for our community as well as external companies who book our spaces
You will work with our property management systems, our CRM system and other operational apps
You will help with general office management tasks, like materials orders or filing
You serve our guests with coffee specialties, soft drinks, cocktails and small snacks

YOUR PROFILE

You already have experience in a related area. Or not. Convince us that you are a host at heart.
You genuinely love working with people. You enjoy open communication, are fluent in English (written and spoken, German is a plus) and you are a friendly and outgoing person face to face
You are happy to work in a startup environment and have a strong "handson" mentality.
You are comfortable working with a computer and different types of software.
