Company Introduction
- The Impuls GmbH, Institute for Educational Support and Therapies, is a childcare service provider. Established in 2015, the institution offers services in the areas of childcare, residential, semi-residential, and outpatient care. With 12 facilities in the RheinMain area, we currently employ 150 staff members. Our administrative headquarters are located in Rüsselsheim am Main.

Responsibilities
- Accompanying and supporting in education
- Identifying and developing clients' skills
- Providing structuring and orientation assistance
- Helping with interactions with teachers or other students
- Enabling participation in school activities (such as class outings, changing classrooms, outdoor lessons, etc.)
- Providing emotional support, including reducing fears, building relationships, boosting self-confidence, aiding in crisis and stress situations, managing conflicts, and conflict resolution, among other tasks
- Collaborating on the use of aids
- Coordinating with educators, teachers, lecturers, or trainers

Requirements
- Experience working with children
