We are looking for a Director, Professional Services to join our Professional Services team in EMEA, reporting to the senior director of Global Professional Services.

In this role, you will lead the EMEA Professional Services organization to accelerate successful outcomes for our customers and achieve financial targets by selling and implementing Professional Services engagements.

You will work closely with Infoblox implementation partners and assist them with Infoblox delivery best practices and common engagement models.

What you'll do:


  • Execute on the Professional Services gotomarket strategy in EMEA and help drive new services opportunities
  • Play a key role on the Infoblox EMEA leadership team and work closely with our global leadership team to provide oversight for any project in the region
  • Lead delivery services for multiple clients, understand account needs in the region, and maintain constant interaction with Account leadership teams
  • Understand customer business requirements and painpoints and be able to translate them into actionable business engagements
  • Collaborate with Account teams to solve complex challenges for customers, creating robust solutions with quick turnaround times
  • Collaborate with Infoblox stakeholders and partner organizations to align goals and priorities, and communicate broadly to help ensure overall coordination for crossfunctional teams
  • Enable and support a selfsufficient partner community within the region
  • Maintain relationships with client security, business, and leadership teams to anticipate requirement, and manage expectations of service, including timing and services to be delivered
  • Provide a timely and regular business forecasting aligned with Infoblox's financial goals for short, medium, and long term
  • Establish and communicate goals and objectives and clearly describe roles and responsibilities for the EMEA Professional Services organization

What you'll bring:


  • Minimum 5 years of experience leading an EMEA or regional professional services organization in a SaaS company
  • Proven track record of working closely with an enterprise sales organization to increase services pipeline, bookings, and services attach rate to ACV deals
  • Experience scaling professional services operations to improve operational cadence, project time to value, and success rate to meet and exceed bookings, billings, and utilization targets at a SaaS company
  • Track record of meeting and exceeding PS KPI targets at a SaaS company
  • Proven experience of hiring, onboarding, developing, and retaining consultants and managers, as well as driving organizational change, behavior, and mindset
  • Proven experience working closely with implementation partners, enabling them on the technology and implementation best practices at a SaaS company
  • Ability to structure and process qualitative or quantitative data and draw insightful conclusions
  • Solid customerfacing and persuasion skills with the ability to lead customers to success and to handle escalations
  • Technical background in one or more of the following: security, data, analytics, networking, and/or software development
  • Fluent in English, and ideally another local language, with the ability to travel c.20% of the time

After six months, you will...

  • Foster outstanding relationships, trust, and collaboration with the regional Sales teams and participate in quarterly business reviews, forecast calls, presales activities, and customer escalations
  • Learn about Infoblox solutions, engagement models, processes, operations, and tools
  • Understand the partner and customer landscape and sales cycle
After about a year, you will...

  • Achieve target margin, utilization, billings, and bookings targets
  • Participate in programs and initiatives with Professional Services leadership to improve and optimize processes, tools, gotomarket offerings, and delivery standardization
  • Foster relationships with key customers
  • Work closely with implementation partners to ensure enablement and partner deliver
