YOUR TASK AS A FITTER/ DRESS-OUT (ALL GENDERS)

Tracing, cutting, and bending according to plan
Stamping, folding, rolling, flattening to plan
Straightening, adjustment, sanding, ultrasonic blasting according to plan
Carry out the assemblies, in compliance with quality, safety and environmental requirements
Checking the parts
Fitting: Drilling, riveting, countersinking of aircraft structure elements etc.

Responsibility and authority regarding QSE (quality, security, environment):

Ensure that the FOD and safety rules are fulfilled
Wear the required PPE and use the appropriate tools
Work following the rules, procedures or processes of the intervention area
Respect the quality rules on the work performed
Ensure the integrity of aircraft systems and highlight any deviation to your supervisor
Contribute to production continuous improvements to reduce the time spent per work orders and/or improve quality level
Contribute to the analysis of nonconformities, to the definition and to the implementation of improvements actions

YOUR QUALIFICATION

Skills:

Adjustment before/after welding
Material shrinkage
Elongation of material
Straightening/Planning
Forming of thin sheet metal from 0.8 to 2.5mm in Stainless Steel, Aluminum, Titanium Inconel set on punch or die

Other Skills:

Education as Aircraft Dressout or qualification in same domains with 2 years' experience in aeronautics
Solid experience in a similar position.
Good English, knowledge of German and/or French is a plus
Teamwork spirit. Strong motivation
Orientation of Involvement & Customer care
Autonomy, Flexibility
Ability to work in early and late shifts. Flexibility for night shifts and weekend is a plus
