Location: Regensburg, DEAs a Specialist Global Mobility (M/F/d) you are the first level of support for employees located in Germany.

You are supporting with policies, contracts, queries, and all kind of people requests.

Your new responsibilities:

Calculation and presentation of expatriate packages, tax and social security support, writing expatriate contracts and coordinating all relocationrelated aspects for the expatriate and family with our external vendors
Initiate, steer, and take part in international projects and initiatives in global mobility to enhance and streamline our global mobility processes
Strategically advise international executives and HR business partners on mobility cases and support their needs
Work closely with the global mobility team to establish the future of global mobility standards
Responsible for all aspects of global mobility compliance including tax, social security and payroll aspects for international transfers

Your profile:

Completed studies in the field of economics or comparable education
Several years of experience in the field of global mobility (management and administration of expatriate policies and programs)
Knowledge in the areas of international mobility, secondment services and relocation
Basic understanding of international assignment cost estimates, HR, taxes, payroll, and social security
Interest in expatriate management and high motivation to ensure an exceptionally satisfying employee experience
Business Fluent German and English language skills written and spoken
