WHO ARE WE?
Our home is the world of media productions and global live events. We develop and distribute intercom systems and technologies for signal transmission of video, audio and data. We are Riedel and we build the Live Production Tools that make our customers shine.

WHAT UX/UI IS LIKE AT RIEDEL:

A typical workday starts at a desk, at the office, at home, or anywhere else, where you will be catching up with your teammates.

Then you'll get to your work, which encompasses the full spectrum of UX/UI and can be different every day.

Monday: Create a form for usability testing
Tuesday: Nail down UX requirements with a Product Manager
Wednesday: Translate the latest UX requirements into beautifully effective low and/or high fidelity designs
Thursday: Go out in the field(F1, Eurovision, or the BBC, to name a few locations) to gather data and enduser product experience
Friday: Interactively present and review the progress you made with internal

- and external stakeholders

Whenever possible, you'll get the work where you shine the most, and the opportunity to grow into other UX/UI areas of interest, while being supported by an international team of UX/UI experts.

YOU ARE OUR DREAM DATE IF YOU:

Ideally, have successfully completed university studies in a technical field, e.g. Electronic/Software engineering, (Industrial) Design, Fine Arts or related field or relevant experience in a business / technology environment.
5+ years of proven experience in a relevant market field
Possess a consultantlike mindset and naturally treat stakeholders, both internal and external, as valued customers and partners to effectively collaborate with
Have experience with, and a focus on, designing businesscritical digital tools that makeorbreak customers' success
Are a team player with a strong sense of collective responsibility and a passion to see everyone succeed
Mobility and willingness to travel
Language stuff(English is a must, German is a plus)
