- Head the Operational Excellence task force focused on transformative projects aligned with Aenova's strategy
- Lead a team of project managers reporting directly to the CEO
- Drive implementation of site-specific and group-wide initiatives for operational improvement
- OEE improvements
- Footprint optimization and product allocation
- Working capital optimization
- Process harmonization and best practice roll-outs
- Capacity expansions and capability extensions
- Product portfolio optimization and strategic decision-making support
- M&A integration management
- University degree in business administration or engineering
- 3+ years of experience in strategy consulting, Big 4, or in-house consulting
- Proven track record in leading operational transformations
- Willingness to travel
- German language skills a plus
