Job Description:

You will:
- take full responsibility for the attraction, selection, and appointment of staff in close partnership with the business leaders across the international subsidiaries
- track activities and report to the business on a regular basis
- develop and maintain close working relationships with internal customers
- be involved in and/or lead global and regional HR Projects

Qualifications:

- university degree in Business Administration or similar field of study
- at least 2 years of work experience in Recruiting, ideally in an international company
- excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English
- strong organization skills, precision and attention to detail; ability to prioritize tasks
- ability to identify and follow-through creative recruiting solutions
- good problem solving skills, tenacity and the ability to work autonomously
- ability to multi-task, negotiate, and work in a fast-paced environment
- motivated to work in an high-tech company specializing in innovative software and hardware solutions
- open and friendly manner
