Einrüsten von Maschine /Anlagen und die Herstellung von Nicht-Serienteilen in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Bereich Prozessentwicklung
Verantwortung für die Einhaltung von Rüstvorgaben beim Einrüsten von Serienteilen
Zusammenarbeit mit den Fachbereichen (z.

B. zur Einhaltung von geplanten Stand
- und Taktzeiten, Optimierungsprojekten)

Ausbildung von Mitarbeitern hinsichtlich folgender Themengebiete: Rüsten, Problembehebung, Anlernen an neue Prozesse
Durchführung von Rüstoptimierungen inkl. Dokumentation
Mitarbeit bei der Lösung von technischen Problemstellungen (z.

B. Ursachenforschung, Umsetzung von Abstellmaßnahmen)

English:

Installation of machines / plants and the production of nonserial parts in cooperation with the department of process development
Responsibility for compliance with setup specifications when fitting serial parts
Cooperation with the departments (e. g. for compliance with planned standby and cycle times, optimization projects)
Training of employees in the following areas: setup, problem solving, learning new processes
Implementation of setup optimizations incl. Documentation
Cooperation in solving technical problems (e. g. root cause research, implementation of shutdown measures)

Required Skills and Education

Deutsch:

Abgeschlossene fachspezifische Berufsausbildung in einem Metallberuf, z.

B. Zerspanungsmechaniker

Mehrjährige fachspezifische Berufserfahrung in einem Metallberuf
Fähigkeit Wissen zu Vermitteln und Mitarbeiter fachlich anzuleiten
Analyse und Teamfähigkeit
Arbeit in 3Schichtsystem
