• Manages IT system infrastructure and any processes related to messaging.
• Provide support to IT systems including daytoday operations, monitoring and problem resolution for all the client problems.
• Provide Tier III level problem identification, diagnosis and resolution of problems.

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT Systems, or a related discipline OR applicable certifications and 5 years + of related experience
• Microsoft Certification(s) such as Microsoft 365 Certified: Messaging Administrator, MS Azure Administrator, MCSE, MCSA
• 5+ years of Microsoft Windows Server Support with 3 years specifically supporting MS Exchange.

• IAT Level II (e.g., Security+ or equivalent)
• Must possess experience in: Windows Exchange, Skype for Business, or other Messaging Application
• Active Directory experience.
• Understanding of STIG compliance.
• Knowledge of DNS, DHCP, DFS, and PKI
• Knowledge and experience working with Virtual Server Technology.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills and a team player mindset.

• Ability to Obtain TS/SCI

• Experience working with IT customers within the Department of Defense.
• Excellent Troubleshooting Skills
• Ability to communicate verbally and in writing with diverse members of other technical teams and with the customer base.
