Helping researchers to collect and analyze healthcare data by providing them with the software they need? Our international and diverse team is looking for your support

Your future role

  • Work closely with our customers to understand their needs, extract requirements and present solutions
  • Work handson with healthcare data of our customers in order to adapt and improve our data analytics tools for their needs
  • Help to deploy, maintain and support our european analytics platform infrastructure using latest technologies like Kubernetes and Kibana
  • Partner closely with our Dev Team in Singapore and contribute to planning, estimating and developing new features
  • Help to shape our data analytics landscape by bringing in new ideas for features and usage of technologies
What you need to succeed

  • You have at least 25 years of experience working in the IT Industry. Your background could be Software Engineering, Project or Product Management, Presales, Customer Success or Consulting
  • You have handson experience with data analytics technologies and at least some skills in one programming language to be able to engage in discussion with the technology team and efficiently communicate customer requirements
  • You have excellent communication and presentation skills
  • You have a strong team attitude
  • You communicate proactively and can prioritize efficiently
  • You have a strong sense of accountability. You can manage complex organizational dynamics both internally, as well as externally with customers
  • You have a strong customer service mindset and customer empathy
  • You have fluent German language skills, and a good understanding of the English language
  • Ideally you have knowledge of various technologies like:
  • Kubernetes and related tools
  • Common monitoring and/or logging tools (e

g:
Kibana)

  • Databases e.g. SAP HANA, Postgres
  • ETL Tooling like Apache Nifi to define, maintain and debug dataflows
  • Ideally you have some knowledge of medical standards and coding systems
