Your Mission, Your Impact:

As an HR Business Partner (all genders) you are the contact person and sparring partner for all HR related topics in the Business Unit Pharmacy and Health Care within the MU Germany/Switzerland.

You are part of the leadership team of the Business Unit Pharmacy and report into the HR Director MU Germany/Switzerland while being part of the Pharmacy/Health Care Leadership Teams.

You are passionate about our brands and our people, have an entrepreneurial mindset and excel and being a partner to the business.

Your Tasks:

Be a thought partner

You act as a solutionoriented sparring partner for our Teams supporting them in all peopleand culture related aspects of shaping their areas, reaching from medical, marketing, sales as well as sales force.
You feel comfortable in the role of the trusted advisor who constructively challenges established ways of thinking.
You develop the right set of strategic HR initiatives for your area of responsibility, e.g. fostering diversity and inclusion, or embedding new ways of working in our culture.

Be a change driver

You are agile in driving organizational change by growing ideas for new structures and processes into practical concepts
You bring them to life, implementing all actions to ensure operational and organizational excellence, this year mainly you will support ONE BEIERSDORF and love to work in a matrix and with stakeholders to ensure the best for the people and the business

Deliver HR business

You steer and enable all HR processes such as talent and performance management, leadership coaching and development, personnel cost planning, as well as recruitment in close collaboration with line managers
You work together with a functional team of HR professionals (e.g. recruiters, HR generalists, payroll specialists, global mobility experts) to deliver excellence in execution

Develop our function

You identify improvement ideas to increase impact, effectiveness or employee experience inline with our global and local HR processes/structures
You take ownership to change them

Your Profile:

University degree
Some years of experience as HR Business Partner with respective functional, e.g. expertise in talent selection, development, labor law, compensation and benefits
Act with empathy, excellent communication, and stakeholder management
Strategic and entrepreneurial mindset with excellence in implementation and a strong sense for business needs
Outstanding analytical and conceptual skills combined with pragmatism and agility
People oriented team player with empathy as well as leadership for topics
Fluent in German is a must and English is highly welcome
International/MU experience is a plus
Coaching experience is a plus

Hamburg/Germany is the primary location for this position. Therefore, we recommend residence in Hamburg.

Our company agreement allows basically up to 40% of the working time in a flexible work location in Germany. The exact arrangement of this agreement in the relevant team will be explained in a personal conversation.
