Tasks- Work closely with team members to develop and maintain the whole infrastructure.
- Plan, designed, and implement networks, servers, telecommunications, storage, and monitoring solutions for MicroDoc's entire infrastructure systems.
- Manage installed systems as well as diagnose and deploy upgrades to existing systems.
- Support and develop entire infrastructure including VM solution (ESXi) and storage solution (NetApp)
- Maintain and update existing backup solution (Backup Exec / Tape Library).
- Maintain and update existing Firewall/VPN solution (Sophos UTM).
- Support internal users on various mixed desktop systems issues with their systems and VMs.
- Implement and follow standards and policies as defined by cooperation and divisions.
- Support/Troubleshoot issues and coordinate.
Requirements:
- Network knowledge (Advanced): Identify, create, maintain, troubleshoot and develop: Firewall configuration, Network Security, Routes between different networks, DNAT/SNAT rules, DHCP (Windows Server), DNS (Windows Server, Linux Bind9)
- Setup, maintain and troubleshoot switches
- Mixed Operating System knowledge (Advanced): Support, maintain and troubleshoot Windows/Linux
- Infrastructure Hardware/Software Knowledge (Advanced): Server, Storage, NetApp, Telecommunication
- Virtualization (Advanced): Troubleshoot and maintain VMWare ESXi
- Backup: IBM Tape Library, Backup Exec
- Scripting Knowledge: Bash/ZSH, PowerShell
