Your Responsibilities:

Join our dynamic team as an Operator Riding Team, where you will play an essential role in organizing the preparation, organization, and execution of the riding team activities.

Your expertise in coordinating measures, planning accommodations and travel, and skilful management of documentation will contribute to the success of our team.

Be a part of a collaborative environment, where your support and analytical process will help drive efficiency and excellence in our riding team operations

Support and coordinate the necessary measures for preparation, organization, execution and settlement of riding team issues
Organize activities in planning, preparation and execution of the riding team (accommodation, travel)
Support & create reports, statistics, control and analysis of the riding team
Organize business trips for preparation and execution of the riding team
Issue of employment documentation, collecting returns, verifying completeness, and storing in the personnel records (Mistral, Ecliso)

Your Profile:

Degree in professional training in commercial area. Bachelor's degree in business or any related field is desirable
At least 1 year of professional experience in ship handling or yard business
Having a first professional experience in ship technology
ITskills at MS Office and crew management programs
Very good English language skills (English is our company's official language)
High level of selfmotivation, ability to communicate effectively and capacity to work as part of a team
Fixed

- term employment contract for 1.5 years
