For our office in
Hamburg or Frankfurt we are looking for a

Human Resources Business Partner (f/m/d)

Your responsibilities

Work closely with the leadership team to drive integrity and accountability, facilitating valueadded delivery in performance management, development, talent tracking, planning, and reward
Handle all administrative tasks and paperwork for onboarding, new hire orientation, and exit interviews, including entering data into HR information systems and auditing for accuracy and compliance
Provide an effective and dedicated HR advisory service to employees in relation to absence and health issues, conduct and capability, grievance matters, organizational change, and all other employeerelations matters
Developing and maintaining all types of contracts of employment (Starters, Leavers, Extensions and employment transfers) ensuring legal compliance
Identify development needs and liaise with the line managers to agree solutions
Participate in the implementation of programs within the HR department to improve the employee experience

Your qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or other related area
Minimum 23 years of work experience as a Business Partner in an international environment, ideally within the Finance or Energy industry
Fluent level of English and German
Systematic approach to change management, with an impact focused mindset on both employees and the organisation
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a crossborder team structure
Experiences in consulting is a benefit
