Our amazing Creative Community in Berlin is seeking a
Motion Designer (all genders) who has the intuitive ability to craft an idea into a compelling story, and the technical expertise to bring visuals to life in innovative ways.


Your role:


  • Collaborating with Art Directors and Copywriters, to create stunning animated video assets
  • Concepting, designing and animating ads for exciting brands
  • Presenting your work to clients

Requirements:


  • You think "in motion" and know how to tell a great story using animation
  • You keep up with current animation trends and tools
  • Fully versed with the Adobe tools such as Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
  • You're open to try out new tools and techniques and have a thirst for knowledge and inspiration
  • Super high attention to detail
  • You can confidently present work to others
  • Your working files are pristine and organized
  • You feel confident when creating layouts and using typography correctly
  • You're a great communicator and great at collaborating with others
  • Language: German and English

Cherry-on-top

  • You can animate HTML5 assets (or even code a little)
  • You're always on top of AI news, and can create stunning AI generated imagery (or even videos)
  • You have experience working on socialfirst ads and campaigns and keep up with social media best practices

Formalities:


  • You may have a Bachelor degree or equivalent in Motion Design / Graphic Design or Media Studies
  • X or more years of experience working in the industry
