How You'll Make an Impact

Lead the development and execution of the operational excellence strategy for Grid Technologies Service
Establish strong partnership with Grid Technologies Service business leaders to maximize the impact of operational excellence strategies on financial and strategic targets
Facilitate efficient collaboration among Siemens Energy's service businesses, to leverage bestpractices and economies of scope
Drive business transformation initiatives, optimizing processes, IT systems, and talent development to establish efficient operations and foster continuous improvement
Provide leadership, mentorship, and coaching to our seasoned team, addressing business requirements for adept support, ranging from process analysis and improvement to advising on best practices
Spearhead the integration of operational, fostering collaboration with stakeholders across regions and central functions, all while embracing a truly global mindset

What You Bring

Master's degree in electrical or mechanical engineering
Longterm experience in leading a multicultural teams within a global matrix organization, ensuring alignment and delivery across the entire Grid Technologies service business
Stateofthe art approach to digitalization and lean management to support the fasttrack growth of the business as well as the achievement of the financial and strategic targets of Grid Technologies Service
Longterm experience in servicerelated Project or Business Management, and a strong interest in Safety and Quality.
Demonstrated extensive experience in building high performance teams and finding lean solutions to complex challenges with strong business acumen. You also impress for your ability and drive in challenging the status quo
Proficiency in executive representation and adeptness in fostering trustful connections, combined with impressive analytical, communication, assertiveness, and learning abilities, define your expertise
Excellent written and verbal English skills, fluency in other languages such as German or Spanish is considered a valuable asset

About the Team

In our Operational Excellence team, we are combining the responsibilities for Operational Excellence Strategy implementation via internal projects, EHS, Quality, Digitalization and Process Optimization for Grid Technology Service including all global functions and regions and including interfaces to various internal and external stakeholders.
