- Übernahme der im Unternehmen entwickelten Software in den produktiven Betrieb
- Incident Management
- Analyse von gemeldeten Bugs und Übergabe an unser DEV-Team im Rahmen des technischen B2B-Supports
- Dokumentation von Systemen und Konfigurationen
- Abschluss als Fachinformatiker oder vergleichbare branchenspezifische Ausbildung
- Kenntnisse in der Softwareentwicklung und Erfahrung im Softwarebetrieb
- Sicherheit im Umgang mit Linux-Systemen
- mind. 3jährige Berufserfahrung mit Kubernetes und Docker, idealerweise im Cloud-Umfeld
- mind. 3jährige Berufserfahrung im Monitoring, Logging & Alert-Management mit Prometheus, Grafana und Kibana
- sichere Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Datenbanken (Postgres)
- Kommunikationsstärke und Spaß an der Zusammenarbeit in interdisziplinären und internationalen Teams
- Neugier und Eigeninitiative beim Finden von Problemlösungen
- Lernbereitschaft und Spaß an der Arbeit mit komplexen Systemen
- sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
