- Initiierung, Planung, Projektierung und Umsetzung von Verlagerungs- und Verbesserungsprojekten sowie von Anlagenumrüstungen und Neubeschaffungen mit Erstellung von Spezifikationen
- Innovationsfabrik: Weiterentwicklung vorhandener und Integration neuer Fertigungstechnologien
- Maßnahmen zur Optimierung von technischen Abläufen und Fertigungsprozessen
- Koordination von kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsprozessen (CIP)
- Projekte zur Datengewinnung und Datenauswertung
- Umsetzung von Entwicklungsprojekten in Abstimmung mit R&D
- Zusammenarbeit mit externen Lieferanten, Forschungsinstituten und internen Partnern
- Leitung des internationalen, standortübergreifenden Teams mit derzeit 6 Mitarbeitenden
- Abgeschlossenes Studium Maschinenbau, Materialwissenschaften oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Erfahrung im Bereich Werkzeugbau / Spritzguss sowie idealerweise auch in der Verarbeitung von Kautschuk, Silikon oder Verbundwerkstoffen
- Prozessoptimierung, Lean Management, Innovations- und Projektmanagement
- Erfahrung in der Führung eines Technologieteams
- Interesse an der Arbeit in einem internationalen Umfeld mit Reisebereitschaft (30 – 40 %)
- Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
- Durchsetzungs- und hohe Kommunikationsfähigkeit
