Digital Industry (DI) Division offers a comprehensive portfolio of seamlessly integrated hardware, software and technology-based services in order to support manufacturing companies worldwide in improving the flexibility and efficiency of their manufacturing processes and reducing the time to market of their products - be it the automotive or aerospace industry, mechanical engineering or other exciting sectors.

  • Simulation for Industrial Systems the organization is acting among all DI business unite and will drive end to end go to market activities aligned with other business unit activities.

    What part will you play?
  • Defining HM DIwide USPs, target customer personas & profit pools
  • Positioning and improving HM integration in PLM/CRM Interlock process
  • Gathering requirements from our strategic customers & DI SW/verticals/regions
  • Driving crossBU solutions to foster current & future unmet needs, incl. M&A proposal
  • Bundling DIwide solution into buyable packages & support with validation with target customers
  • Supporting the definition of multiindustry and industryspecific solution messaging and value propositions incl. gotomarket enablement for direct and indirect channel sales organizations
  • Aligning and supporting our BU Product managers with piloting of new solutions
  • Integrating AM into BU & vertical specific marketing & digital threads

Your profile for "Making the future possible".

  • Diploma or Master degree with technical or / and business background
  • Several years of experience in B2B environments and digitalization trends / use cases
  • Qualified intercultural interaction with customers, management, business partners and colleagues is one of your strengths and you will convince through your analytical skills and initiative
  • Outstanding ability to collaborate and communicate across interpersonal boundaries, with partners from different disciplines
  • Profound longterm expertise in business, sales
- and marketing-processes and sales & portfolio knowledge

  • Business proficient in German and English
