Tasks


At SDA, we are hiring a Head of People to drive our People Operations, Talent Acquisition and work place design across our locations Munich and Boston, while working closely with our CEO / COO.

Talent Acquisition

  • High level company recruitment strategy and headcount planning
  • Refinement of recruitment processes, tests and challenges
  • Talent partnering with managers to resource plan
  • Ownership of recruitment systems / websites
People Operations

  • Strategically partner with the business to create aligned functional people plans and great employee experiences
  • Responsible for facilitating how SDA's culture and leadership principles are represented across the company how they influence behaviors, and how managers can reinforce and lead by example
  • Build and maintain a strong high performance culture where people thrive and enjoy coming to work

Requirements:


  • 5+ years of experience in leading a people function in Big Tech, a (B2B) startup and/or multinational technology company
  • 5 + years of experience in endtoend recruitment experience
  • Have a track record in building and managing a team
  • Ability to navigate a complex everchanging environment well. You will also be able to help others navigate change, and support the business through changes it may need to take. e.g. Organizational structural change or a strategic shift in the business.
  • Intellectually curious, and you can bring valuable insights into the team and business
  • Datadriven approach to problem solving.
  • Strong ability to build relationships quickly, with proven strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across all levels of an organization.
