Our client is a global specialist strategy consulting firm.

The company has an extensive international reach with offices across Europe, the U.S., Australia, Latin America, and Southeast Asia, with successful projects completed across the globe in more than 100 countries.

Aufgaben

The company wants to extend and establish consistently its market position as well as its business in the European markets.

The task is to find a strong and experienced "Director HR Operations Europe (M/F/d)" with proven suitability in managing an HR organization successfully.

The job holder will report to the Global Head of Human Resources.

Primarily responsibilities include compensation & benefits, employee relations and engagement, global mobility, employee onboarding, leadership, DEI, systems and reporting, as well as legal and compliance.

The job is located in Munich (home office option).

Qualifikation

At least 10 years of experience in a highly qualified HR function within an international company (preferably services industry)
Experienced in all areas of professional HR services like administration, HRsystems, compensation and benefits, legal & compliance, coaching, talent development, onboarding, training as well as organizational development
Ability to understand and build programs and policies to support the regional business objectives
Used to work in a complex international environment
Good understanding of processes and best practices in HR
Track record and experience in successfully managing change and/or transformation projects
Experience supporting multisite regional and global teams
Strong communication and negotiating skills
