Your Responsibilities:

Responsibility for the finances of the entire company.
Management of financial, controlling, budgeting, and accounting processes.
Establishment of a risk management system.
Analyze financial data and provide insights to senior management for decisionmaking purposes. This may involve budget analysis, variance analysis, and trend analysis.
Strategic design and control of core business KPIs.
Establishment and continuous improvement of corporate structures and processes.
Oversee the implementation and maintenance of financial software and systems to streamline accounting processes and improve efficiency.
Contact with banks, tax advisors as well as auditors and tax consultants.

Your Qualifications:

Completed university studies in Accounting, Finance, or a similar field. A Master's or MBA degree is a plus.
At least 5 years of experience as a Senior Finance Manager, Managing Director, Head of Finance or in a comparable position.
At least 2 years of professional and disciplinary management experience.
Extensive experience in finance, accounting, controlling, reporting, and law.
Knowledge of building teams/organizations in fastgrowing startups/scaleups.
Successfully conducting fundraising rounds.
Entrepreneurial drive, willingness to take on responsibility.
Excellent communication skills in German and in English.
Knowledge of ecommerce or the logistics industry is a plus.
